Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1) What is your Refund Policy?

Our products are made to order. We offer a reprint or refund for your order if you received a damaged, incorrect or defective item and reported it within 14 calendar days of when you received your order.

We do not accept refund or reprint on reasons such as:

  • You have changed your mind and no longer desire the item.
  • You intend to request a modification to the size, color, or customization of the item received
  • You have selected incorrect size, address, product, or custom information, among other things.

2) How do I request for reprint or refund for a defective product?

After your product has been shipped, you will receive an email titled “How was your recent delivery” from imagerr.  Open that email then click on “Leave a Review” and click on “Leave a Review” again.  If you choose very disappointed, disappointed or neutral, you will get an option to choose whether you received the wrong design, wrong product, wrong colour, size, stained damage or issue image quality.  Fill in the details then upload an image supporting it.

3) Is your payment gateway secure?

We use a reputable payment gateway Stripe.  Please see here for the details of Stripe security.

4) Why is it that my other orders have not arrived yet?

Some products are shipped separately. For example, Shirts will be shipped separately from mugs.

5) Why are my orders not fully discounted?

Depending on the promotion, not all products are part of a discount.

6) When will I receive my orders?

Most orders will be delivered within 2-10 business days for domestic shipments, and within 14-30 days for international shipments.

7) Who pays the other charges to the order?

Customers are solely responsible for the payment of any applicable customs, import, export, and excise duty, VAT and/or other taxes and fees.  We only ship Product orders to shipping addresses that are either a physical address or USPS Post Office Box.

8) How can track my order?

The moment we ship out your order, we will email you the tracking number and link so you can follow all tracking updates.

Note: Please know that tracking sometimes takes 1-3 business days to update.

9) Can I get my products shipped overnight?

At the moment, we do not offer overnight shipping.

10) How do I create an account?

Click on the account icon on the upper right corner, click on signup, type in your email and click on Register.

11) How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the “Forgot Password?” link located just above the LOGIN button.

12) Why am I not receiving my password?

For security purposes, we will send a verification email to reset your Password. This email will be send to the registered email account you used to create your account with us. If you don’t see the email right away in your inbox, please be sure to check your Spam or Trash folders or you can also try searching for “Subject: [imagerr] Password Reset”.
